We spent 10 days in Uganda and it was simply fantastic. The tour was varied and well-organized, but what made the trip unforgettable was Eli- the tourguide, himself.  Verified Wonderful, unforgettable 15 days tour in Uganda - highly recommended!
In July 2025 travelled with our three children aged 15, 18 and 21 to Entebbe. There we started a 15 days` tour covering Ziwa Sanctuary, Kidepo NP, Murchison Falls NP, Kibale Crater Lakes, Queen Elizabeth NP, Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi NP and Lake Mburo NP with our perfect tour guide Eli. Communication with Eli was always very friendly, reliable, easygoing and fast from the very beginning. The organisation of the 15-day safari was perfect and the performance went completely smoothly. All our wishes, adjustments and requests were realized to our fullest consent. We felt to be in best hands! The accomodations we stayed in were all very well maintained, clean and comfortable. The food was great, and the staff were always very attentive and friendly. The nature and wildlife in Uganda are incredibly diverse, beautiful and impressive! We were very lucky to see the BIG 5 as well as giraffes, zebras, warthogs, various antelopes,crocodiles, hippos, a serval cat and even gorillas and chimpanzees, some of them at close range. The time we spent with a gorilla family was particularly moving. The contact we had with people in Uganda during our tour was very intense, warm and extremely interesting. Special praise goes to our guide Eli! He was exceptional – knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly attentive to every detail. He shared his extensive knowledge of the country, wildlife and nature with us during the 15 days. We felt very comfortable and safe with him, his driving skills impressed us time and again, and the good conversations and fun we had together will remain in our memories for a long time to come.  Verified Perfekte Organisation, unfassbare Natur & ein fantastischer Guide
Unsere 7-tägige Reise mit E-Pronto war einfach ein Traum – und gehört für uns ohne Zweifel in die Top 3 unserer Abenteuerurlaube weltweit. Von Anfang an fühlten wir uns perfekt betreut: die Organisation war reibungslos, die Abläufe klar strukturiert und trotzdem flexibel genug, um uns ganz entspannt genießen zu lassen. Schon am ersten Tag wurden wir von unserem Guide Andrew herzlich begrüßt, und wir wussten sofort, dass wir in den allerbesten Händen sind. Andrew war über die gesamte Woche hinweg nicht nur unser Fahrer und Organisator, sondern auch unser Wissensvermittler, Übersetzer, Naturführer und vor allem ein wunderbarer Begleiter. Seine Kombination aus Professionalität, Aufmerksamkeit und echter Herzlichkeit hat die Reise auf ein ganz anderes Niveau gehoben. Die Route war abwechslungsreich und voller Höhepunkte: Kibale Nationalpark: Schimpansen-Trekking – ein unvergessliches Erlebnis, diese Tiere in ihrem natürlichen Lebensraum zu beobachten. Queen Elizabeth Nationalpark: Klassische Safari mit Löwen, Elefanten, Büffeln und Leoparden, dazu eine traumhafte Bootsfahrt auf dem Kazinga-Kanal mit unzähligen Flusspferden und Vögeln. Ishasha-Sektor: Die Suche nach den berühmten baumkletternden Löwen – allein die Spannung und die besondere Landschaft waren schon ein Erlebnis für sich. Bwindi Impenetrable Forest: Der absolute Höhepunkt der Reise – Gorilla-Trekking! Worte reichen kaum aus, um zu beschreiben, wie berührend es ist, diesen sanften Riesen so nahe zu sein. Im Anschluss noch die Begegnung mit den Batwa, die uns einen tiefen Einblick in ihre ursprüngliche Lebensweise gaben. Lake Mburo Nationalpark: Zebras, Giraffen und eine Walking Safari – ein ganz besonderer Abschluss, bei dem wir den Tieren auf Augenhöhe begegnen konnten. Jeder Tag war anders, voller Abwechslung und wunderschöner Eindrücke. Neben den Tierbeobachtungen haben wir auch viele Gelegenheiten gehabt, Land und Leute kennenzulernen – ein perfekter Mix aus Abenteuer, Kultur und Natur. Uganda selbst hat uns schlicht überwältigt: die landschaftliche Vielfalt, die reiche Tierwelt, die Herzlichkeit der Menschen. Aber ohne Zweifel war es Andrew, der diese Reise zu einem der größten Erlebnisse unseres Lebens gemacht hat. Mit seinem tiefen Wissen über Flora, Fauna, Geschichte und Kultur, seiner Geduld und Aufmerksamkeit sowie seiner warmherzigen Art hat er uns das Land auf eine Weise nähergebracht, die wir nie vergessen werden. 👉 Fazit: Es war unsere erste Uganda-Reise – aber ganz bestimmt nicht die letzte. Und wenn, dann nur mit E-Pronto und Andrew. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Had the best experience ever! A fantastic guide with so much knowledge. We drove from Kampala to Lake Mburu and I felt so safe with Eli driving. He was so sensitive to my needs and there was no problem to personalize my days in the National Park.  Verified Friendly, knowledgable, reliable guide - Eli is excellent!
After a business trip, I went to spend a couple of days of private holidays with Eli (who had been recommended to me by another guide who is a friend of my friend). He took the car in Kampala and met me halfway towards Murchison Falls NP. We spent 3 days in the Park, then drove to Ziwa and spend a night there before he dropped me off at the airport. I was very very satisfied! From the get-go, communication was very fluid. He responds fast to Whatsapps and gave me good advice on where to go and what to do. He is a fast but super safe driver. He managed a couple of bookings and Mobile money transfers for me; made inquiries about hotels etc. He knows Murchison Falls Park very well and has very good knowledge about the animals. He can try and show you what you are looking for (landscapes, big cats, elephants, birds, ....). Doesn't mind using an app to give you additional info about animals which I appreciated. We also had a good connection as two guys of about the same age and had good talks while driving or over lunch/dinner. He is friendly and open-minded. Also, I never felt an unspoken expectation for me to pay his drinks or food. Sometimes I did, of course; but otherwise he took care of it with his allowance! I really can't but recommend Eli - thanks for the lovely trip, man! :-) (y)

Having used Eli on a previous longer trip, we knew we could rely on him again for a day trip to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary and then a brief city tour in Kampala. Eli is a very friendly and happy guide, and also very knowledgeable and professional. His driving is great and we felt safe at all times. He organised our trip to the Rhino Sanctuary, and when we asked him to show us a chaotic part of Kampala for our last day in Uganda he done exactly that, with a brief city tour and visit to a big local market. Id highly recommend Eli to anyone looking for a guide in Uganda. Thanks again for making our time in Uganda so memorable!

 Verified Amazing experience with Eli
We booked a 7-day safari based on the recommendation of a friend who had traveled with Eli and the company the previous year and was thrilled with the experience. Our main goal was to see gorillas, as well as chimpanzees and rhinos. We were on a low-budget safari, but the experience exceeded all our expectations. Eli, our driver and guide, made the trip unforgettable. He was always attentive, humorous, and ensured all our wishes and expectations were met. The organization of the trip was flawless from start to finish. The program was well thought out, and we felt welcome and at home throughout our stay in Uganda. The warm atmosphere of the country and the professional guidance made this safari a true highlight. We highly recommend this experience to everyone—especially with Eli as your guide! He is very profesional and friendly and nice and charming and with an amazing english level and we enjoyed a lot his company.
